Pahrump Goes Native at Discovery Park

This project was made possible by the Coleman and Susan Burke Center for Native Plants and the National Audubon Society.

On Saturday, April 7, 2018, twenty-eight volunteers for Discovery Park gathered to plant 200 native plants in the new 5,000 sq. ft. pollinator garden #2, install 2,000 feet of permanent irrigation line and plant 28 new trees.  Volunteers from Las Vegas, British Columbia, Canada, Master Gardeners, Nye Communities Coalition and Pahrump residents.
