“Explore the Las Vegas Wash as we saunter through mesquite bosques, around reed lined ponds, and maybe even among the meadows (las vegas) of the largest park in Clark County. A natural water polishing station, the park contains a remarkably diverse amount of wildlife and is another example of the potential partnership between urban planning and habitat conservation and restoration. As always, dress appropriately and bring your kids and your binoculars if you have them.” T. Bingham
