From the mighty Bald Eagle in Pahranagat to the tiny spring snails of Corn Creek, our southern Nevada National Wildlife Refuges teem with an abundance of fauna and flora. Jennifer Heroux from US Fish and Wildlife Services will share with us how and why these refuges were created and the importance of preserving these natural treasures in our desert.
